From last Friday to Saturday, Kousei Seimitsu's annual party + 3rd anniversary celebration + group training—a "triple hit"—took the year-end ceremonial sense to the max! From work review to cross-city gatherings, from the sweet aroma of cake to the recharging of knowledge, every moment of these two days is our exclusive memory!
01 Review: Sharing a Year's Accumulation with Each Other
The opening of the annual party was the year-end report in the meeting room. As the PPT pages flipped by one by one on the screen, they told of each department's year-long hard work and harvest—from the details of PI work to the organization of SOP. Everyone, with the earnestness of "getting things done thoroughly," shared their accumulated experience with their comrades working side by side.

After the reports, the dinner at Jingfeng Marriott pushed the atmosphere to the peak of festivity!
Colleagues from the Shenzhen branch made a special trip to join us. Glasses clinked around the round tables—the warmth of "one family." Gifts piled up like a small mountain at the lucky draw table, and the "Lucky Grand Draw" box shook out anticipation across the room. When the cake bearing the words "Kousei Seimitsu is turning three" was wheeled out and the red banner unfurled, the camera shutters captured smiles that could not be hidden.
This meal was about savoring delicious food, and even more, the sweetness of coming together across cities.
The lucky draw instantly ignited the atmosphere of the room! Generous prizes were neatly lined up, rich in variety and full of surprises. As the lucky numbers were revealed one by one, cheers came in succession. The winning colleagues enjoyed great joy, while those who did not win also shared in the lively celebration, keeping this year-end luck and warmth around every Kousei Seimitsu member.

After the lively annual party came to an end, Saturday's "Cross-Cultural Adaptation and International Business Etiquette" training took over. In the meeting room, everyone picked up pen and paper and took careful notes, from the details of business etiquette to group interaction discussions—both mind and emotions were fully engaged.
The pace of the training was relaxed yet fulfilling, weaving "professionalism" into easy exchanges—this is Kousei Seimitsu's "growth rhythm": we want not only to do things well together, but also to become better versions of ourselves together.
