Exhibition Review | Wuxi Packaging and Testing Exhibition Concludes Successfully
01 Review of the Wuxi Packaging and Testing Exhibition
From May 28 to 29, the 2026 Semiconductor Packaging and Testing and Glass Substrate Ecosystem Exhibition was held at the Wuxi International Convention Center. Nanjing BOSI Kousei Seimitsu Technology Co., Ltd. appeared at this exhibition, presenting its self-developed polishing slurries, polishing pad sample brochures, and lapping and polishing related products at booth D19, engaging in in-depth exchanges with customers, exhibitors, and partners from semiconductor packaging and testing, glass substrate, ceramic substrate, precision processing, and related industry chains.

Our booth at this exhibition
This exhibition brought together many upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry chain, with a rich atmosphere of on-site exchange. Visitors continuously flowed through the venue, and thorough communication took place in front of each booth around industry trends, process difficulties, product applications, and cooperation opportunities. Chinese, Japanese, English, Korean, and other languages intermingled at the scene, allowing us to truly feel the highly specialized and internationalized development atmosphere of the semiconductor and precision manufacturing industries.
02 Focused Product Display, Customers Stopping to Exchange
At the exhibition site, the Kousei Seimitsu booth highlighted its self-developed polishing slurries, polishing pad sample brochures, and lapping and polishing related consumable products. Through physical displays, sample introductions, and on-site explanations, customers could more intuitively understand our product system, application directions, and service capabilities.

Our polishing pad sample brochure and close-up of booth products
Based on on-site feedback, customers showed high interest in our self-developed polishing slurry products, and also had many inquiries about the application scenarios of polishing pads, lapping and polishing consumables, and related products. Some customers engaged in lapping and polishing, ceramic substrate, glass substrate, and precision processing related processes, upon learning about our products and partner brands, proactively stopped to communicate and further inquired about product performance, applicable materials, process matching, and follow-up cooperation methods.

Customers learning about products, our staff enthusiastically introducing
During the exchanges, we found that the focus of customers' attention is no longer just the single product itself, but places greater emphasis on product stability, process adaptability, batch supply capability, and subsequent technical service response capability. Especially in semiconductor packaging and testing, glass substrate, and precision manufacturing related applications, the selection and stable use of lapping and polishing consumables have an important impact on processing results, yield control, and production efficiency.
03 Face-to-Face Communication to Understand Real Needs
The exhibition is not only a platform for product display, but also an important window for understanding customer needs and discovering cooperation opportunities.
During this exhibition, Kousei Seimitsu staff conducted face-to-face exchanges with multiple customers. Around polishing slurries, polishing pads, lapping consumables, and related process applications, both parties engaged in in-depth communication on product selection, usage scenarios, processing needs, and follow-up cooperation directions.

Our staff exchanging on-site with multiple customers
Through on-site communication, we more intuitively understood the focus points of different customers in actual production: some customers focus on processing efficiency, some on product stability, some on material adaptability, and some hope to obtain more complete lapping and polishing product support and service coordination.
Every time a customer stops is an opportunity to understand needs; every product explanation is a process of building trust. The direct exchanges at the exhibition allowed us to see market demand more clearly and laid a good foundation for subsequent customer follow-up and cooperation connection.
04 Visiting Industry Booths to Broaden Industrial Vision
In addition to booth reception, this participation also gave us the opportunity to further walk into the industry, observe the market, and learn about processes. The venue brought together different types of exhibitors—companies focused on equipment manufacturing, companies providing tooling and fixtures, and companies selling lapping and polishing consumables, optical consumables, and other supporting materials. By visiting different booths, we could more intuitively understand the product characteristics, technical directions, and market demands of each link in the semiconductor packaging and testing, glass substrate, ceramic substrate, and precision processing related industry chains.

Panorama of participating exhibitors
Technical consultants, sales managers, and industry experts from various companies shared insights on industry dynamics, technical routes, and new product applications. Listening attentively to this content not only helped us deepen our understanding of the industry, but also made us realize that only by continuously learning industry knowledge and understanding customers' real needs can we provide customers with more valuable products and services.
Notably, customer focus points at this exhibition also showed new changes. In past exhibitions, customers often first asked after approaching the booth: "Which American or Japanese brand does your technology benchmark against?" At this Wuxi packaging and testing exhibition, however, we heard more questions like: "Under the current supply chain risks, are your products stable?" This also reflects, from a side perspective, that as the industry chain environment changes, customers' attention to domestic substitution, stable supply, and localized service capabilities is continuously increasing.
Meanwhile, TGV process related topics also received considerable attention at the scene. Many customers showed strong interest in this new process, hoping to further understand it, its process maturity, and supporting material solutions. Although it is still in the stage of continuous exploration and advancement, judging from the on-site exchanges, the industry's expectations for new processes, new materials, and new solutions are continuously rising.
For lapping and polishing consumables, the focus points of customers' attention are also clearer: on one hand, domestic supply capability, and on the other hand, product stability. Whether it is polishing slurries, polishing pads, or other supporting consumables, customers not only hope that products can meet current process needs, but also hope that suppliers can provide long-term stable product quality, timely technical response, and sustainable service support. This also provides a clearer direction for Kousei Seimitsu's subsequent product R&D, process services, and market expansion.
As participating colleagues felt: "no casual visitors among those coming and going." Every exchange at the exhibition reflects customers' real production needs, technical difficulties, and cooperation expectations behind it. For Kousei Seimitsu, participation is not only a product display, but also an important opportunity to get close to customers, understand the market, and learn about the industry.
05 The Exhibition Has Ended, but Cooperation Continues
We thank all customers, partners, and industry friends who took the time to visit the Kousei Seimitsu booth during this Wuxi packaging and testing exhibition for exchange and guidance.
In the future, Nanjing BOSI Kousei Seimitsu Technology Co., Ltd. will continue to base itself in the lapping and polishing field, adhere to product-based, customer-need-oriented, and professional-service-supported principles, continuously improve the product system, enhance service capabilities, and provide support for customers' efficiency improvement, quality stability, and process optimization in precision manufacturing.
